Subject: World Skate Marathon Tour 2026 – Naples Marathon, Italy | Equal Opportunity for Eligible Skaters
Dear All,
In a move towards transparency, accountability and good governance, the Roller Skating Federation of India (RSFI) is committed to ensuring that information regarding international championships and events reaches all State/UT Associations, District Associations, Clubs and eligible skaters, rather than being restricted to a select few individuals.
For several years, information concerning international participation has not always been made available to the entire skating fraternity. The Federation is now making a conscious effort to ensure that every eligible skater has access to the same information and an equal opportunity to participate, subject to the applicable World Skate rules and eligibility requirements.
We are pleased to share the following upcoming international event:

All concerned are requested to carefully review the World Skate circulars, event regulations, eligibility criteria and participation requirements before deciding to participate.
The Federation shall issue the necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to all eligible skaters who are willing to participate, subject to fulfilment of the applicable requirements.
The purpose of sharing this information is simple: international opportunities should be accessible to all eligible skaters and should not be confined to a few individuals through selective communication.
We encourage State/UT Associations, District Associations, Clubs, coaches, parents and skaters to circulate this information widely so that no eligible skater is deprived of an opportunity merely because the information did not reach them.
Let us collectively promote transparency, fairness, equal opportunity and good governance in Indian roller skating.
